Our electrician carries out a full visual inspection and tests every circuit in the property. The length of the inspection depends on the size of the property, the accessibility of the electrical systems and the amount of electrical equipment. We’ll need access to all rooms during the inspection.
You receive your full EICR certificate with a clear summary of findings and condition codes. If any remedial work is needed, we’ll explain the observations in plain language and provide a fixed quote to carry out the repairs — often on the same visit.
